September 29th, Little Bear maintenance from the top to the rocky outcrop

We’ll be tuning up the bench along the very top of Little Bear Trail. Come on out and help keep one of Flagstaff’s favorite trails rad!

Directions: From downtown Flagstaff, head north on Highway 180 towards Grand Canyon. Just after the Museum of Northern Arizona, turn right on Schultz Pass Road. Bear right on Elden Lookout Road. Drive up Elden Lookout Road for several miles to Red Onion Trail. Look for signs. Please try to park discreetly since parking is limited.

What to bring and other details:

All Trail events start at 8:30 am and conclude with lunch at 1:00 pm unless otherwise noted. Coffee will be served between 8:00 am and 8:30 am, and snacks, beverages, tasty lunch and FUN are all provided.

Sturdy closed-toe shoes, long pants, sunscreen, water, and head protection are required. Hardhats, gloves, tools, and trail work instructions will be provided. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
