We’ll be rerouting one or more of these trails as part of the Mount Elden Dry Lake Hills Recreation Planning Project (MEDL).

Meet at the gate on Elden Springs, FR556. Elden Springs and Schultz Pass Roads are currently closed to the public because of flood damage. The Forest Service will open the gate to allow us to drive up the Sunset Trail Head from the east side. Please arrive on time so that you can get in! You are welcome to ride in on open trails as well.
