July 25th, Upper Little Elden (Schultz Tank working down hill)
Come on out and help us tidy up this beautiful piece of trail! We will be making some drains and “de-berming”, maybe doing some minor realignments and narrowing some tread.
As always, well have Kickstand coffee for everyone in the morning and delicious Biff’s Bagels sandwiches for lunch. Thanks to Aspen Sports for helping us get the word out about this event!
Directions:
From downtown Flagstaff, go north on Highway 180 towards Grand Canyon, turn right on Schultz Pass Road, bear left at the intersection with Elden Look Out Road to stay on Schultz Pass Road. The road turns to graded gravel, passable to most 2-wheel drive vehicles. We will be meeting in the Schultz Tank parking lot, (NOT Sunset Trail Head), about 5 1/2 miles from Highway 180.
