Trail Day! Help work towards reopening Little Bear Trail! September 12th.

Not only do we have two volunteer events scheduled this fall to work on Little Bear Trail, but we have hired American Conservation Experience (ACE) with $10,000 from a grant and events put on by the Mountain Bike Association of Arizona (MBAA) to help realign one of the most problematic spots on the

Trail Day! Rogers Lake Connector Trail construction near Woody Mountain Road.

August 15th, Roger’s Lake connector Once completed, this trail will connect the Roger’s Lake Trail System to the Flagstaff Loop Trail and Ft. Tuthill Trail System. What a great addition to the Flagstaff area trail network! Directions:  From the intersection of West Route 66 and Woody Mountain Road, drive approximately 3.5 miles to a pull-out on the south/east side of Woody Mountain Rod. We will have signs up by 8:00

Trail Day! July 25th, Upper Little Elden (Schultz Tank working down hill)

July 25th, Upper Little Elden (Schultz Tank working down hill)  Come on out and help us tidy up this beautiful piece of trail! We will be making some drains and “de-berming”, maybe doing some minor realignments and narrowing some tread. June 27th, Campbell Mesa maintenance We will be doing some much needed maintenance on one of Flagstaff’s most popular trail systems. Work will consist mostly of establishing drainage and narrowing tread where it has widened because of erosion. This year we will be working on building and maintaining trails in the recently established Picture Canyon Preserve. This is the first National Trails Day hosted by the City of Flagstaff Sustainability Program and we are really excited to be working with them! Valet parking at the Coconino County Fair to Benefit the Ft. Tuthill Bike Park!

Ride your bike to the County Fair! Avoid traffic, reduce your carbon footprint, have a fun ride AND help to build the Ft. Tuthill Bike Park! FBO is hosting  a free valet service for all cyclists who ride to the fair. Leave your bike lock at home and your bike with us.
