At long last, the U.S. National Park Service (NPS) has proposed a rule change which will make it easier for parks to open trails for mountain biking. We had a fantastic group and a beautiful night for this year’s Giro de Luna. Led by Jack Welch and Martin Ince, more than 25 riders of all ages rode the urban trail and through quiet neighborhoods by the light of the full moon and a handful of headlamps.
