As an all-volunteer organization, Flagstaff Biking has no administration expenses. None of us keep any of your money. A small percentage of sponsorship funds would go to overhead costs like web site hosting, printing, postage, etc., but the vast majority of any funds that we raise for Flagstaff Ride Your Bike Week will be used to pay for marketing and outreach efforts, (print and web ads), to promote cycling as a safe and attractive means of transportation and recreation throughout the designated week of May.

Carbon Sponsorship Level – $5,000

Bike to Dine Out!

Flagstaff Biking Organization is looking for local bars and restaurants who want to help to promote cycling in Flagstaff by offering a dining deal during Flagstaff’s Ride Your Bike Week for folks who ride to pick up food, or dine-in for breakfast, lunch or dinner or the bar.

Getting involved is easy! Simply fill out the form with your business name, location, phone number, and a brief description of the special offer you’ll provide to customers who ride their bikes to your establishment that day.

Your offer can be anything that suits your business — a free dessert, buy one get one, a discount — whatever works best for you. You’re in control, tailoring the offer to fit your goals.

Bike to Shop Day!

We’re seeking local businesses — from boutiques and bookstores to outdoor shops and the like — to offer a special incentive during Ride Your Bike Week for customers who bike to shop.

Getting involved is easy! Simply fill out the form with your business name, location, phone number, and a brief description of your special offer — whether it’s a discount, a free item, or a buy-one-get-one deal. You decide what works best for your business.

Bike to Breakfast Stop Sponsor – $250 (food & supplies value)

Donation is time, food (coffee, juice, breakfast type snacks, or similar) and supplies, not cash.
Bike to Breakfast is the Wednesday, 6:30-9:00am, during the event week.

Location and need for breakfast stops subject to our discretion.
Anticipate 150-200 riders.

We welcome collaborating with your fellow businesses to make your breakfast stop a MUST stop location. We will provide a detailed checklist after your sponsorship is confirmed.
