We have partnered with Mountain Line and NOAZ Signs to create and install signage on seven buses to spread messaging about distracted driving, bicyclists’ place in the road way, and the real consequences of dangerous driving.

NOAZ Signs donated the printing for seven 44″ x 21″ signs at no charge.

Mountain Line donated the space on the back of seven buses for free as well.

Flagstaff Biking Organization volunteers created the messaging and artwork production for the signs. The messaging mirrors that of several print ads we have been running in the Arizona Daily Sun Midweek by Mail, the Sunday edition, and Flagstaff Business News. (These ads were substantially expensive and we could use some donations to help make up for the dent this put in our funds. Please consider making a donation of any size here.)

We are hopeful that this simple but bold messaging will catch drivers’ attention at stop lights and throughout town and cause people to think twice about how they approach driving and their use of devices while doing so.

We want to issue a special “thank you” to NOAZ Signs and Mountain Line for their generous commitment to spreading the message of bicyclist safety!

Please use NOAZ Signs for any of your sign needs, and ride the bus, (if you can’t ride your bike of course!)
