Bike Recycling

We will be selling recycled bikes for the fourth year in a row at Heritage Square as part of the Bike Bazaar Bike Swap.

We know that garages around Flagstaff are filled with under-used and neglected bikes that can be resuscitated and put to good use with a little investment of time and money. Since 2003 we’ve accepted tax-deductible donations of any bike that was in near-working order (or bike parts) and fixed and redistributed over hundreds bikes. The bikes were tuned by professional mechanics, safety-tested, and sold at low cost to people who need them.

If you have a bunch of bikes or bike parts that you would like to donate but can’t get them to us- call for pickup.

Flagstaff Biking accepts donated repair parts, and small cash donations will help us revitalize as many bikes as possible. The event aims to provide cheap, environmentally-sound transportation and recreation to those in need throughout the Flagstaff area.

If you have wrenching skills and want to put some elbow grease into the effort contact us and we will conscript you.
